What do you mean bath house... There are restrooms in every public accessable building.
If, by bath houses, you mean a place where people bath communally, there are none at Massamutten.
Its not a beach. So no need for bath house.
They also have a sauna connected to the pool. Is that what you mean?
Bath house? They have a spa, most units have a jetted tub and some have saunas. Perhaps clarify what is meant by bath house for better responses

They have many indoor pools, hot tubs or jacuzzis or changing areas. Not sure what you are referring to.
