They are a full service resort equipped with their own fire and police station. So accessibility is important for everyone.You can't make a profit if you can"t provide a way for people to spend or make money.
Roads are salted and clean but it might be wise to see if u can get snow tires just to be on the safe side because in some places there might be snow/black ice on the roads.
Its kept pretty clean. I work there and I have to be driven all around Massanutten to do my job.

They want people to be able to get there, therefore they they keep the resort accessable. As others have said they have there own equipment and people familiar with the mountain who are good at keeping the road clear. I typically have no issues with my small car.
They are on top of it. I've been there and it started snowing heavily. They had the roads cleared in short order. They have their own equipment.
They are wonderful at it... You have to understand the are the largest ski resort as well so they have all the equipment
They are pretty good in cleaning the snow off the road.
