We actually didn't stay in the hotel, we stayed in the condos, they are very nice and elegant conveniently located, security is not an issue.

Group of 6 friends stayed at 112. Newly renovated and furnishings were updated. It was very nicely appointed. Some things to know kitchen had just enough glasses and dishes for 6, so we had to bring from second kitchen. The stove worked poorly, elements went from low to high on their own, so watch your food. The oven had no lower element which was weird and made heating food take longer. Freezer in downstairs unit didn't keep icecream frozen so we used one upstairs. Our grill on top unit balcony needed refurbishing. We had to call for help to get it going. It took a while, but very nice worker assisted us. TV has only direct tv dish programming. Mirroring from your phone for other programming not possible. You can add a firestick, but getting input to work was not easy as they did not have the tv remote. Overall very nice unit and area. Would return in a heartbeat.

We checked into a condo that was filthy. Beds not made, stains on the mattress protector, surfaces dusty etc. After complaining we were assigned a new room. This one was cleaner however there was no shower curtain and there were bugs! There’s no point to calling maintenance or housekeeping as no one answers the phone. The bugs were the last straw. I up and left. Horrible experience. Will not return or recommend!

Think 2 section was renovated.. The woodstone was one.
Great location, very good atmosphere. The housing is great and it has every amenity that a family would need. It isn't very pricy and we are booking another vacation for next summer. My recommendation is to not sleep on this place, you will truly enjoy it.
The market at Massanutten Station is at the first entrance from Resort Drive, along 1 of the routes in/out of the Woodstone development. They have resort gifts, clothing, lots of drinks, and some basic groceries. Up the mountain at base camp is the general store with different but similar offerings. A Food Lion is less than 15min away in Elkton.
