I've tried calling to make an appointment and/or have my prescriptions refilled and have been placed on hold for as long as 25 minutes prior to speaking with any 'human'. They have the absolute worst customer service I've ever experienced with a doctor's office.

Giving a 1 star review is being overly generous to Comprehensive Women's Health in Glenn Dale. The front desk employees were EXTREMELY rude and the Office Manager Lakiesha Nobles is nothing to write home about and definitely doesn't know her job well. She was rude, unhelpful, lacks sense of good leadership, was biligerant and used foul language. This clinic is not worth the stress and hassle the front desk puts their patients through. I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone - no wonder their office is always empty. They don't care about their patients. All the care about is money. If this location wants to maintain a good customer service relationship with their patients I recommend a total flush out of the front desk employees and most definitely a new and experienced Office Manager.

I had a good experience. The front office was nice , phlebotomists Sinay was excellent, Medical Assistant, and the Provider was good. Check in was seamless. My wait time was delayed due to internet outage. The office was spacious , and clean. Parking is free ,but can be crowded. I'm happy about my first visit. I asked if front desk staff changed when I made my appointment I was told yes. Update had an in person visit that I was very specific wanting as follow up, I was scheduled as televisit. I called office and couldn’t get in touch with front Desk but spoke with call taker . The link for tele visits is apparently automated and hadn’t received for my appointment. I asked what are steps should the link not come through : I was asked to reschedule. For this I'm giving office one star . Call to many times to try and get in touch with doctor . Never again
