As a parent and medical professional for over 15yrs, I must say that this group of medical members are very disorganized. I have never seen anything like how this VCU and Bon Secours joint partnership just completely dropped the ball and mixed up my son medical procedure paperwork. I'm so thankful I caught their failure. My son could have gotten the wrong surgery because of their lack of teamwork and communication. I now have to travel to another medical group out of town because I'm afraid to take my child back to this group of medical professionals. Save a life and double check your paperwork.

Dentist wise I give 4 stars, but this 1 star is for poor phone service. It is almost impossible to touch bases with anyone. I have been calling for almost a month to reschedule a procedure for my daughter and no one has yet to return my phone call.

TCU Staff is absolutely amazing. They take really good care of the children who resides there and treat them as their own family member, it's one big family. I couldn't ask for a better staff to assist with my loved one.

At 6p dental closes. TCU patients are seen during the day.
Breakfast is served 7:30am to 10am and lunch is served 11:00am to 1:45am, snacks are available till 2:30pm Monday through Friday
Contact the hospital and ask to speak to medical records. They should be able to help you.
Ive got a little girl who just got released from there. If you have a child there you can visit if you sign in. Or for a specialist. There's a dentist and a Nutritionist that she sees there
