People are nice but the wait and efficiency are ridiculous. Very little information on what to expect and hours and hours of waiting without anyone checking in. Everyone seems confused on what’s going on, multiple calls and questions to get basic procedural stuff done. One department doesn’t talk to the other and causes serious delays. Waste of an entire day for something that could have been a couple hours.

Absolutely amazing experience!!! The registration clerk, Juanita was so so wonderful! She made the check in process such an easy experience and we talked like we had known each other for years! The RN,Michelle, that took my boyfriend back talked him through the entire process and assured him everything would be okay was heaven sent! Today was a huge accomplishment for him and without these to amazing ladies I don’t think it would have been possible!!! They definitely deserve to be recognized for their dedication to VCU Health!!
