Dropped in to this gym a few weeks ago on a short trip to Sac and it did not disappoint! Great selection of hours on a Saturday morning (many gyms only offer 1 time mid-morning, but they had 3 I think). I enjoyed the programming, thorough warm up, upbeat music, and coaching was appropriate to the athletes, and fun! Everyone in the class was super friendly and welcoming. Would definitely return if I find myself in the area again!

I hate working out, but it was time. Ocho makes it slightly enjoyable to hate working out. Nice coaches that tailor it to your fitness, (or lack thereof) and inspiring and encouraging people working out there too... I must admit that just the warm ups are equivalent to what I'd do for an entire workout on my own, so i signed up for an entire year to see what will happen...

This is more of a community with a passion for fitness with a vision to better ones self and encourage others to do the same. It's comprised of top notch athletes to folks who just want to stay in shape. It ranges from all ages and backgrounds. Matt and Josh ensure you feel welcomed, confident and accommodate workouts to fit your abilities while at the same time challenging you to improve those abilities and elevate your bar. If you can't, then try harder.

Amber, no showers. But, we have classes as early at 5am and as late as 6pm so you can come before or after work. Want to drop in and see what the Ocho is all about?
We do offer personal training. Rates vary a bit depending on whether you are also a member of the gym and what package you choose. Why don't you come on down for a workout and we can chat about your goals.
