I tried to get an appointment for over a month. They don’t answer the phone, the recording says not to leave multiple messages. But….they don’t call you back. I did get through to a person 3 different times and each time they were unable to schedule me due to some issue on their end. I wasted HOURS on hold while they tried to schedule me only to be told each time that someone had to call me back. I finally got my Dr. To refer me somewhere else.

They don’t answer the phone. And don’t return calls. And therefore an appointment is impossible to get.

They never pick up the phone. Why is that? How do you make an appointment if the business never picks up their phone? They don’t return calls either. It’s hard to get through to them.

As of this date (ll/12/19) the team at the sleep center his really great. I think some changes have been made. They returned my calls and once I arrived the technicians were punctual, professional, and very, very nice. Couldn't ask for more.
