Allie and Mark saved my day. I needed 2 tires but Allie advised me on replacing 4 due to my vehicle being all wheel drive. Mark had my car in the shop before I knew it. By the time by what it feels like I ordered my coffee from the bakery next door, My vehicle was parked in the parking lot and completed I sure hope Pep Boys knows that Allie is a great employee and they are very lucky to have her.

Brought my car in to get my axles checked because my oil change place told me they noticed a leak from them. Pepboys told me I needs both front axles replaced and quoted me $1400 for each axle. Said they could only get them from the dealership. I can find the part myself online for $160 and when I got a second opinion, only one of the axles needed replaced and quoted me under $500 out the door. This pepboys will try to rip you off!! I can’t believe the thousands of dollars I saved by getting a second opinion.

Really disappointed with the service, I had an appointment made for a slow leak in my tire. So I came in, and as soon as I pulled up the women at the counter said "sorry we can't work on your tires they're too big". I asked if she could take a quick peek at them and just tell me where the slow leak was coming out off? But she was very adamant about how they could do nothing for me and even suggest some other car service stores up the road. So needless to say American Tire took me in and did a great patch job, they definitely got themselves a new customer.

I'd give 6 stars if I could. These fellas were willing and able to work through the Labor Day holiday to help a visitor out. Found myself a long ways from home with some time-sensitive brake and suspension work to be done. I'd probably still be stuck in Sacramento if it weren't for the gentlemen at this shop doing some quality work at short notice. Thanks again.
