Dr Bob Richards has been practicing chiropractic treatment for about 30+ years and has been very consistent & professional with his practice. He’s an amazing human being who’s dedicated to HELP/SERVE so many clients in the community. He has a genuine concern for people who needs his help! He’s also an incredible drummer of the band “The Toyz!” And am an avid fan for years! Medical staff is fantastic. Dr. Richards is super nice and great at what he does. The problem is the accounting department. I was billed for a treatment that they were suppose to bill to my insurance and after a lot of back and forth I ended up paying them. A couple years down the road I got a letter from a collection agency saying I never paid them and then shortly after that a lawsuit slapped against me. No attempt had been made to address the matter of my alleged missed payment with me directly despite the fact that my contact info hadn't changed in 4 years. All attempts for clarity to peacefully resolve the matter were ignored.

Very relaxing office! The Dr was very knowledgeable and does a soft tissue massage before her adjusts you which I really enjoyed! I hobble into his office with back issues and am no longer in the pain I was really looking forward to my future adjustments here!

I called around looking for a chiropractor that was Webster Certified specifically to turn my breech baby. Bailey the receptionist asked the chiropractor, and they were not Webster Certified. I moved on calling other clinics, then received a call back from Bailey. She asked more about it to see what she could do. About 30 min later she called back with information for a midwife who might be able to help me. I haven't been to their practice, but surely this amazing service is not just limited to phone calls. Thank you Bailey! **For the record, the closest Webster Certified chiros are in Eugene.
