Mitigation is a rough and draining job but the fulfillment of getting people back in their homes, preserving as many of their personal things as we could as well as the knowledge gained working with the experienced staff of Servpro has made my time with the company worth while. The previous review by Aidin Penn (not his real name) is by a troubled tenant and nearly all of those statements are untrue. I am one of the property owners and the tenant called Servpro on their own which we were initially unhappy with. Servpro has dealt with a very difficult situation in a professional manner and has worked closely with OUR insurance to complete the repairs as best as we can direct. They have went above and beyond what most companies would have pulled out of long ago. I hope Google removes the previous defamatory post.
