This is The ONLY parts store I use. I've spent easily thousands upon thousands of dollars here and only deal with a select couple of guys behind the counter because they seem to be the only ones who will search for what I need when some of the other employees look at me like I'm a alien. The big fella on the commercial side has found parts for my truck from day one of doing business with just him alone and he's been my go to guy as I'm sure there are plenty more just like me who will go to this particular individual for his knowledge of the parts store and what they carry and where to find it with speed and efficiency the whole commercial side crew is amazing. There is one "boat anchor" holding these guys from accelling and improving, won't name names but he's the husky, average height, always where's a ball cap skin tone is on the brown side and runs around with a really bad attitude towards customers he never knows where parts are he is constantly rude to me and my crew at my shop, unbelievable they put this guy in with this team of O'Reilly employees. He doesn't seem to fit in too wel,l I think autozone is where he ought to transfer he poor work ethic too. Sry for babbling but that dude needs to leave asap unless you want to lose a big hitter of a customer.
