We went in for a transmission checkup on our new Explorer. They reset the computer and everything is great. There was this little annoying window button that was cracked. We had not mentioned this to the service tech. When they returned the car it was replaced at no charge. During this same visit my other car, not a Ford, had a bad battery. I asked if they had one in stock. They did not. However, the parts manager found one at a parts store nearby, called ahead, and they were ready for me. We will go back for all of our Ford service

We bought a brand new 2021 Ford Edge in November 2021 from a Ford dealership in Northern VA and the car has less than 10k miles on it right now. We were about an hour away from home and as we’re driving, the engine started rattling. My husband took it into a Ford dealership and as he pulled into the lot, the engine sounded as if it was about to fall out. This is disappointment #1. This is a brand new car that we’ve had less than a year. The check engine light went on AS my husband was turning into the parking lot. No alert from Ford Pass. No alert from Ford Pass that our check engine light was on! The vehicle health report from the App came back perfectly fine. Disappointment #2: This Ford dealership made a mistake when accepting our appointment so they sent my husband to a different location. Then the other location told us they won’t be able to look at our car until next Tuesday. We called two other dealerships, including Jerry’s Leesburg Ford, and they won’t get to it for another 2-4 weeks. This is the only car we own. It’s still within warranty and we also bought the extended warranty package for $$$. We can only use a loaner car from the location that will service our car. But none of them have loaner cars available! We’ve gotten nowhere because we’re just getting the complete run around from every Ford representative we speak to so now we’re basically stranded. This is the first and last time we will ever buy a Ford. Worst experience ever. TL;DR - New car, under 10k mi, bad engine noise, inoperable, $$$ extended warranty and “ProtectPlan.” Up Schitt’s Creek without a paddle and no help from Ford. In a crowded market, why buy Ford?

Most likely the battery power is giving up.. take it to Jerry's Ford leesburg their Tech guys can handle it well.
