Wide selection of materials. Some upholstery material in spectrum of colors. Very pleasant customer service employees. Place to go where customers seem happy to be.

The people there are not friendly and damn sure don't go out of their way to help you. Several people in line to check out put their purchases down and left. They had one old lady checking people out and a line a mile long. Wouldn't recommend anyone going there.

The Evendale store is woefully understaffed and under stocked. The Mason store is much, much better.

Might have smaller, decorative pillows, but not larger replacement cushions... Unless you want to make them yourself
No but they may have a list of people who do.
I think if they have that color but if not then you will have to google special order zippers
