They literally kept my phone for almost a month. They made me replace the back glass when I didn't want it replaced to begin with. Due to them being and official Samsung whatever. Kept my phone a month and then put a back glass on it that didn't even match the color on the phone. I drove 15 miles to the location on 4 seprate occasions because they said that my phone would be don't in 2-3 days. It was a warranty repair for the screen and then when they saw the back glass cracked, they wanted to charge me an extra $115 to replace that when it had been the copay on my Verizon plan of $29. Absolutely rude staff on top of that. Dude needs to get his bangs out of his face and stop being so condescending. I'd like to see how he would react without a cell phone for over three weeks. I use my phone for my job. I'm an independent contractor for several delivery companies and I HAVE to have my phone so I can work. I had to I go buy a separate phone while I was waiting on them to fix mine.

Return my laptop with loose screw and returned my laptop without fixing it and the manager apologized and fixed it again. My both laptops apple and window does not work anymore, I would recommend people to try other uBreakiFix instead of this place.

Easy in and easy out after getting the run around from AT&T and Best Buy. Replaced my screen in roughly 1.5 hours. Guy at the front desk was super helpful and really knew his stuff.

FALSE ADVERTISING! Their website says they will beat any competitor's price by $5, but that isn't true. I brought my son's phone in to get the screen replaced. uBreakiFix quoted me $149. I showed them an email quote I received from a competitor for $130 and they refused to beat it by $5. When I questioned why they weren't honoring what the website said, the employee said he didn't know what the website mentioned and his manager refused to go any lower because they were already going to match the price of $130. I walked out and gave my business to someone else! A business must stand behind what it says.
