Update: the dealership has made this purchase right. Sparing all of the details from the time of the initial purchase to ensuring my comfort I will say they did well. If you are looking for a great sale advisor please ask for MOHAMMAD MEFTOHU. Between him and the manager they worked hard to ensure this deal was done correctly. MARYLAND CUSTOMERS BEWARE!!!!! I WAS a Maryland customer and purchased my used vehicle from this dealership. I was drawn to the dealership because they had the vehicle I was looking for. The process of purchasing the vehicle was nice. Victor, my sales associate was awesome. However, when I went to get my car inspected to have it registered in Maryland it failed due to rotors. I contacted the dealership to see if they would pay to get the vehicle’s rotors replaced. They declined to replace the rotors. I reached out to the customer relations department with no response. Needless to say I had replace the rotors. In the process, they lost my future business because they didn’t try to find a solution to this issue. I just heard crickets. If you are experiencing issues with your purchase don’t count on them wanting to keep your business.

Nadia was professional, courteous, and knows her business!! She even called me while on vacation out of the country to make sure my deal was settled.
