John and his team of professionals were able to repair my electric retrax bed slide. I’d been having intermittent issues for months and they went above and beyond to completely diagnose and correct the issue. It now works better than it ever has before. It’s clear that this is one of the few remaining businesses that has an owner that really cares and is passionate about what he does. I usually have nothing but problems trying to get a product repaired by anyone other than the manufacturer when it’s out of warranty. But John took on this challenge with a smile and a little determination. I highly recommend everyone check them out for their vehicle needs!

The team at Rack n Road went the extra extra mile. While visiting Newport Beach we ended up purchasing four beach bikes and needed locks. We live in Sacramento and have always had a good experience when working with them. When saw the store in Costa Mesa we stopped and picked up the extra locks we needed. While we were there I mentioned that "now I need to figure out how to get our old bikes to Sacramento". I was totally surprised when they said "we ship up there all the time so leave the bikes and when there is room we send them up. That is great customer service well be on the norm. They have my business for life.!
