Park is free but if you want access to surrounding beaches (such as the smithfield rec area) its $10 per car and an additional $2 per person after 7 people i believe
Parking is free on the jersey side of the Delaware water gap right off route 80

Realizing that Google may have filled in a default address for you. Cost depends on where you are parking in the park. Some of the river access points cost 10 bucks, but there are plenty of free parking lots as well. Parking is free at the lots around the Water Gap.
