There are pinic areas with picnic tables in several spots throughout the park. There is a large picnic pavilion at the Milford Beach picnic area / swim beach just outside Milford PA
Yes there's a ton of picnic areas along the river where you can find picnic tables to eat on and cook out.
One for sure along the river by Shawnee inn that is covered and may have tables. At this time its COLD and windy.....
