The area is huge. The beach is right off Rt 80, but there are many trails in that area. There are water falls that extend from that area all through East Stroudsburg, Marshall's Creek, Bushkill Falls and Dingmans. The falls and trails are abundant and so much to see. If you enjoy a good hike research Marshall's Falls as well, right along the area, but definitely a hidden gem. Enjoy and be safe.
Everything you make it to on the AT you earned! There are lakes, some places more then others. So do your homework on area that you plan to hike. You'll find what you desire if you search for it... you won't regret the experience
It's a large area. You'll definitely need a car to explore everything, but all the trails and riverside are absolutely must-sees!
