Visitors are allowed to bring their own food and you will find places to eat. One of the places they have is a café located on the bottom where there is a huge glass to see the dolphins. You will see signs though that will direct you to a cafeteria dining area.

Yes you can bring your own food in and yes there are plenty of places to sit but I can't remember if there is an actual dining area, you will definitely be able to find a place to sit and eat though
