Right now the sting-ray exhibit is not around for winter. But I did touch a sturgeon.
May to October you can touch a sting ray year round you can pet a starfish downstairs. No min age limit every time I am in I see a lot of parents with strollers, probably 4 or 5 to enjoy all the activities and shows.
