Checkers is far better than 5 Guys anyway...
I have called this establishment 2 days in a row and have been put on hold for more than five minutes..unacceptable!! A YOUNG man answers...just as ghetto...i mean i cant with these folks. THEY must do better..hire folks that want to give great service. This place is a hot ass mess. My next stop is contacting the regional office. They must do better. RIDICULOUS!
Ive never had issues there as well.
Never had any problems and have been there several times. Maybe they were just having an off day.
My visit here was very pleasant. My order was messed up but they offered to redo the whole thing after apologizing. I simply ask for condiments on the side which they comply. I was very satisfied.
Never been to this one. If you received service this bad, no one should go there
