So where exactly do you park when you stay here? Is there at least a load/unload area when you arrive and before you leave?

You can park in front of the hotel to unload/load. Parking is in the garage across the street.

The hotel has 30 minute load and unload zone in front of the hotel, parking is across the street. It was free the time of our stay.
