As of right now, not exactly. What you do is you go down to the office and check in, they give you a number and you provide your phone number, and then when you are the fifth person in line they will text you to come back to the office to complete your appointment. It can take anywhere from an hour or two, so that allows you to go and run other errands if you have any.
I went right in and it was in the afternoon. Took me 15 mins for the whole transaction. But I don't think you need an appointment.
I went on a Monday morning at 8:00 a.m. when they were supposedly less busy. I still waited over an hour in line. I should have been there at 7: 30am
