A friend of mine retired and moved out of state. He gave me his vehicle, but he could not find the title. How do I go about getting a new title to register it in my name?

You will need a bonded title. Google Colorado Bonded title process and it will take you through the steps to getting it titled in your name.

U will need to most likely go in and file for a lost title. I'm assuming you will need a bill of sale as well. You can always call ahead and ask!
