Do I need a credit card to book a room?

No i used my debit card

They do ask for a credit card with the customer's name on it or a debit card with their name on it but you can pay cash in lieu of using the card for payment

Only need a card to book the room, you dont have to pay with it though. The card does have to be embossed with the name of the person booking it, and you also must provide a valid ID. Hope this helps!
