There is a small space for pictures in the entrance and you can take pictures of the outer structure but you are not allowed to take photos inside the temple.

You can take pictures inside the main building that holds the temple but not inside of the temple itself.
Not inside the Mandir. You can stand in front of it and shoot through the open doors - when cropped, will look pretty much as standing inside. No way to get the domes this way, unfortunately.
