Here some important info for you customers. Be very careful. There parts location close to copart. We did walk and checked some cars, I won 2 cars gess what at the pick up time both cars missing the exhaust pipes cat section. They cut them after we checked the car. The worst manager, she don't care about that place. I reported her to regional in Syracuse NY. Guess what never answer. Now I m contacting

Awful had appointment at ,3;30 got there at 2pm told to early waiting to 4;00 no car then I was to late manager very rude had drive back another day . it's not like this at other yards if you buy at trenton nj expect a hard time on picking your car up says normal pick up is ,8am to 4;30 but not there they jerk around about appointments and cancel you out it's awful

If i could give negative stars i would. Drove 8 hours to pick car up and they would not release it as they only have 6-15 appointment slots per hour....with truckers coming in and taking up all those slots, how is someone supposed to pick up ONE vehicle....its ridiculous! HORRIBLE customer service personnel too!

The worst when it comes to answering the phone and emails. We had to drive from New York City to solve an issue that could’ve been easily solved over the phone. These guys are super slow and careless.
