I'll never ship from this place ever again. On Wednesday July 6, 2022 @ 10.27 am, I dropped a letter to be shipped through UPS ground. I was told that it will be delivered 2 days later on Friday. The next day, 24 hours later when I checked status, it still said "Label Created". Which meant the letter is still there in the store. I called the customer care and they told me that when UPS guy came to pick up the packages, they couldn't fit my teeny tiny envelop into their truck! I asked the customer service person to hold my package and I'll get it back from them. I went got my letter back, went straight to USPS. 2 hours later the letter is already in transit. I don't know who's at fault here. UPS or Staples East Windsor. One thing is certain that I'll never ship anything from this shop anymore.

sold my stuff on ebay. shipped through staples. stuff got damaged. no help from staples. told me to call the ups 800 number which you can't get through to anyone. never again. taking my business to the ups store in west windsor.
