Pancho you need 2 forms of identification: IE: ID Card, passport, birth certificate, social security card. 2 forms of proof of your residence: 2 bills with your name and address on them

I depends on your age, and vehicle being used. Usually a unlicensed driver has to have proof of written exam result, vehicle current registration, and insurance, a current drivers permit and photo ID. This was the requirement for the CDL and passenger endorsement that I experienced in Waco Texas.
