Do they have a car for the driver test; if so is there a fee or is it just get in drive anf pay for the id

BYOC. Texas DPS absolutely does not provide a vehicle. Imagine the fleet of cars that would require. And your vehicle must pass all road safety requirements. And have PROPER insurance that covers the driver.
