The park sleep and fly option with this hotel was great. They dropped us off and picked us up from the airport for our trip which helped us out greatly. Jessica at the front desk was wonderful.

This has been my worst hotel check-in process I have experienced, in terms of rudeness and poor customer service. My family and I arrived at the hotel at 2:25pm Sun May 22. The check-in counter was unstaffed with a temporary placard that said will be back in a few minutes. 25 minutes afterward three additional guests were now in line, and finally hotel employee (I couldn't tell if she was a front desk staff since she was not in proper employee attire) showed up and uttered, "I hope none of you are in line to check-in, as none of the rooms are ready!" A fellow customer and I were bewildered and we said why else would be falling in line for? The hotel clerk then yelled, "did you see the sign?" That was around 2:50pm, ten minutes before hotel check in time. her behaviour was totally unacceptable, unprofessional, rude and I mentioned I will surely bring this up with the hotel manager and corporate staff.

There are plenty of other choices nearby. Stay somewhere else. Elevator Broken. Unkept in general. No attempt at any sort of polish on the place. If you want to feel good about where you are staying just find somewhere else. The only redeeming quality is that the airport shuttle actually got us to the airport and it was close to the airport. The two drivers seemed ok. Grab and go breakfast is only available at a certain time? How about just having the grab and go ready for people in the morning when they are going......to the airport....often early. Overall a solid D+ for this place. Barely did not yank my family out of it.

Positive: Very well kept modern decor. Very friendly staff. Negative: The tiled floor in the washroom and the entrance area for some reason was freezing cold. Even when the rest of the room was heated properly, the tiled floor remained extremely cold. I've have never encountered this in a hotel ever.
