Most of the poor reviews on here concern renovations. It's true that there is ongoing work, our room was spotless, the bed and pillows wonderful and the desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Very convenient to the airport and a 24 hour shuttle that was right on time. Many food options in the area.

This place is a great value. Our king room was, total, about 70 bucks. Booked through a bed and breakfast app. No discernable noise from the airport. The bed was super comfortable, and I'm picky about beds. Breakfast was coffee and a few pre-wrapped muffins and such. Staff was friendly. Keep in mind that you're not getting a brand new building here. It is older, and it will strike you as such. Some people might describe the building as having a slightly detectable "damp" or having a "moldy" smell. To me, that's just what buildings smell like if there are commercial carpets in them in areas in which moisture is constantly being dragged in. "Damp" is how I would describe it. For 200 more, you can stay at a 12 story hotel that smells like a new bar of soap. Great value, good location. Good people.

I was on a short visit from Miami to get an expedited passport. The hotel was essentially around the corner from the airport. Very friendly and helpful front desk staff. The hotel was very clean and the rooms were spotless. There's a restaurant that has an entrance right off the hotel lobby. There's a Denny's right next door. Plus there's a 24 hour gas station in front of the hotel which has all the goodies you need for a late night run. Again, I was visiting from Miami to Buffalo in February so it felt like the heat in my room never got warm enough for me. But that's a 'me' thing and not the hotel. The rate is super reasonable for the location so I highly recommend this hotel.

Has a lot of construction which means COLD! Not so much noise but expect to be cold. 🥶Cold hallways, cold rooms with a thermostat that does nothing. Bed was too soft. It’s not pretty in the room but it’s clean, 4 walls and a bed which is what I paid for. The front desk check in girl is great the guys however will say they’re coming to check the thermostat then never do. Just lie to me and say the the room takes longer to get warm instead of ghosting me. The bar however is warm and staff is super friendly. I didn’t have any drinks, just food. Food is good, bar is warm.
