Honestly the staff was great and went above and beyond for us! They even made sure enough staff was on to Accommodate our shuttle run because we had so much! All staff was pleasant as well. That makes a HUGE difference. EXCELLENT!! Impressed.

Staff is very friendly! Rooms are super clean, roomy and comfortable. The breakfast is great. Lots of choices for both food and drinks. Love Sue who takes care of everything at breakfast. Only con was that the hot tub was closed and the jacuzzi tub in our room didn't work.

Southwest Airlines provided this hotel due to flight issues From the moment we checked in to leaving, the staff was extremely kind. The shuttle driver at night and early in the morning was awesome! Friendly and energetic regardless of the time. Front desk had a smile throughout the entire stay! Breakfast was warm and delicious! And there was a staff member who was constantly cleaning to ensure safety. The staff here went above and beyond. Great customer service throughout the entire stay!

Please do not waste your money on this place, there are plenty of other options that are far better in the area. We booked two rooms and requested that they are next to each other. Upon check-in, one room smelt extremely musty, as if it hasn't been cleaned in weeks. So we had to switch rooms. After the switch, our AC did not work. The knob was broken, it was disgusting inside, no idea when it was last cleaned. The maintenance man had to come in and use a wrench to adjust the temperature, and I was not able to adjust the temperature for the entire duration of my stay. I was woken up several times during the night due to strange "motor" sounds from the AC. When asked, I was told that maintenance is ongoing, but they haven't yet "gotten around to changing the AC's"... I was told during my stay that the water from the water fountain was not safe to drink by one of the hotel employees (no label over the fountains suggesting such). When I brought this up to the front desk and requested water bottles for myself and my party, the response I received was very snide, sarcastic, and extremely unprofessional. I am not able to understand why they are unwilling to provide sanitary/healthy potable water for their guests, when this is an expectation and common practice everywhere else, and why they didn't feel a sign is warranted if the fountain water is unsanitary. My experience clearly shows how much this establishment does not care about their guests or their health. It is strictly run for financial gain. The quality of services we received is certainly NOT worth how much we are asked to pay. I will never be staying at this facility again.

You can check with the NFTA this is our bus transportation. You can take an Uber, Lyft or cab there. We do not have a shuttle from the airport to go the Niagara Falls. You may want to check with the Buffalo Niagara Airport when you arrive.

We have a shower in most rooms and an oversized whirlpool tub in our Jacuzzi King Rooms.
Check with Airport. They also provide parking.
