My room was NOT clean. The toilet seat hadn’t been cleaned from the guests before us! Thank goodness I brought my own Clorox Wipes! The POOL and the HOT TUB were out of service. I got the room with the king bed and pull out sofa. It was a TINY room. I paid $290 for this room, definitely NOT worth it! VERY disappointed!!!!!! The good, the lady who checked us in was wonderful! The shampoo, conditioner and body wash were all good quality. That’s it. Those two things were the only good things.

Extremely clean hotel. Very upscale despite being a Courtyard. Rooms were very big and comfortable. Lobby area was beautiful and inviting. The area had a lot of good restaurants and super close to airport. Only negative was expensive snack area and breakfast. Not a big deal but worth mentioning. Would definitely stay here again.

The room was so clean! That was wonderful. But the service was lacking. The website says they have 24 hour airport shuttle, they don't. It also said the have free local shuttle. When I asked about getting a shuttle to the store a mile away I was told they could only take me one way and that I could walk. I love walking, but didn't have time. The man at the front desk was weird and smug about it. He acted confused and put out when I asked for a receipt when checking out. Maybe that's not standard anymore?? As in from when I last stayed in a hotel 7 days ago.

Room was okay. Odd layout and some dated decor. The pool area was disgusting. The hot tub was green and had a film on top. It wasn’t even hot, just warm, and the jets didn’t work (that’s if you wanted to sit in what looked like pond scum). There were only two towels left to be used and the one was filled with hair when we opened it. The restaurant on site isn’t even open at 8pm on a Saturday night for food or drinks, so no room service or on site food possible without ordering through Uber eats or door dash. Definitely would not recommend this hotel to any of my friends or family and wouldn’t stay here again. Super disappointed that this is where we ended up.
