Worst place, I felt discriminated the minute I spoke to the supervisor JJ, my appointment was at 1 and arrived 10 minutes earlier to my appointment. When JJ went to asked me for my name and for my son who we were getting his passport for, she was like, "your appointment is not until 1 a clock just wait here." During the time that I was making my appointment, I did not realize that my oldest son's passport was expired, when I tried making changes to my appointment so that there were two minors, the website did not let me. I spoke to someone on the phone and was told to tell the person helping me if they could fit my son for his passport as well. As I asked the person who assisted us, Cindy, refused to help me with my oldest passport. He said I don't want to, and I am not going to do it. She also mumbled another thing that sounded as she was insulting my husband and myself. When my husband asked her what was that she had said, she screamed "NOTHING!!" another employee herd everything that was happening, and I noticed that she also spoke to the supervisor who was at the time JJ.

Originally gave them 5 stars for fast and friendly service, but that's completely changed. Now they've been holding a package of mine hostage for a week without delivering it. . . FOR NO REASON. Nobody answers the phone -- ever.

I showed up to line up at 8:53am. There were about five people In front of me. By the time they opened at 9am there were probably around 20 people lined up. That’s fine and to be expected. Once the doors were opened right off the bat this tall old white man was straight to the point as to where we needed to line up but seemed very annoyed. A lady in front of me asked him where the address change forms might be. He responded very rudely telling her to get in line, completely ignoring her question. The next person he barked at to put her box in the bin at the back. At this point, we were maybe 3 mins into the work day. Thankfully, there was a very nice lady that was working there. She is the only reason that this post office is worthy of three stars. I only mention the race of the rude man because everyone he was rude to was a minority. Even if he wasn’t a racist that’s not the attitude to have at a workplace. He needs to be retrained, written up or fired. This is not the first time I’ve seen him do this.

I’ve now had 2 packages which were deposited INTO the package drop disappear from here never to be scanned, tracked or seen again. Apparently I’m not the only one. I got the same attitude as the other people posting about this. Like it was my fault. I guess I should have waited on the massive line to get it scanned, but this has never happened to me at any post office other then this one. Never again.

It's common. One might be for po boxes one for residences, one for businesses
Apartment manager's are responsible for Individual box keys. If you need a replacement and they dont have one they need to change the lock for you.
They have time schedule it will be better to have appointment so will be little better or faster I will do it that way , most important to find out schedule
