Clearly, I can appreciate how many of One Stop A/C customers have experienced excellent service. Bluntly, anyone who give this shop less than 5 stars is not willing fully understand the value of an expert shop. Not only have I had my car (Cayenne Turbo S) A/C serviced, but I had an issue with my RV - Moto Moto A/C performance. Leo's definitely knowledgable and was always available to answer my questions. Top-Tier service! Keep up the good work guys...

Rude guy. Asked how much they would charge to install an AC hose that’s on top and easily accessible. Well I don’t know what kind of car or the cost. I gave him the make and model, he could have just asked for more information, but he was combative from the get-go. I just said thank you and hung up. This earned him a one star review. Times have changed. Businesses need to find out who is paying for their paycheck. You don’t treat customers any differently than you would your boss,

After hours on hours of research I was directed here and couldn’t be more grateful for the recommendation to go here. More Details... After searching for an auto shop to go to for a couple of days I come across Hrant Auto Service (4.9 stars out of 78 reviews, 1477 E Washington Blvd, Pasadena, CA 91104), was really impressed by the high level and good variety of reviews. I pull up to Hrant and the manager, Alex, informs me they don’t do AC and recommends me to go to One Stop Auto Air Conditioning and to talk to Leo. When I arrived at One Stop Auto, I was instantly greeted, asked about the problem, informed of their process, filled out a contact form and was out of there in 10mins. I receive a call confirming my request. A couple hours later, I get another call from Leo saying they completed their inspection of the car and the cost associated to the identified issues, which was $100 below what I researched online. When I picked the car up, I was pulling out, but it was running so smoothly I needed to let others know of this spot that’s respected by another highly reputable auto shop.
