Absolutely the worst experience of any business I have ever experienced in my entire life. Shockingly bad. Carrier started puncturing my packages and personal property inside after I asked him if he threw a package (which he did, I watched him do it). This has been going on since May 28th. I have opened 4 Postmaster General complaints and was not contacted even once. I've called the main Santa Ana office multiple times and it just goes to voicemail. Every time I try to call the Pasadena location with 4 different phone numbers I was provided, there is no answer or, like in the last call I just made, was placed on hold for 30 minutes and I had to hang up. Zack Brown at this office called me once to follow up on this after the carrier complained about me, and they keep pushing the narrative that I threatened the mail carrier when I spoke with him. Unbelievable. 55 year old men acting like children. Zero email or phone correspondence and I've made many multiple help and complaint forms. I have Informed Delivery and it shows me the mail that is due to come, and I have not received anything in 2 weeks now. When I asked the lady at the counter why this was happening she just shrugged. They have been throwing my mail in the trash for the last two weeks. The pictures are of the packages the carrier tried to damage, a 55 year old Hispanic man that acts like a child. Just an absolute and total nightmare with no resolution in sight no matter who I call, email or speak to in person. Incredibly horrible service.

I have been waiting for a package for 5 days now and it’s says it’s on its way, but I had put for re delivery on the 11.07 and it still wasn’t sent. Now to get a response on my package could take another 1-3 days.

Went to pick up the mail we put on hold. Waited in line for 15', got to the front of the line at closing time only to have two postal employees telling me to goto the will call window knowing it was already closed. The two employees (not the Asian one) that were working could've assisted me but instead decided to duped me into walking out of the office so they could lock it behind me. Very underhanded indeed!

Sent a package to California, the tracking number indicates it’s at this facility. It’s now been there for a full week and hasn’t moved so I called to ask why and get an expected delivery date, all I got was an automated message about COVID impacts and medical deliveries. It was a time sensitive package I sent, I wish it hadn’t ended up here.

Does Lincoln Post Office handle passport renewals?
Contact your local post office and ask when a new regular will be on the route. The route has to be put up for bid and the senior bidder will be assigned the route. You should also have a T-6 carrier tech that delivers once a week on the regular carriers day off. He/she may be a better source of information in regards to who will be next on the route.
yes
After 6 months expired, if you not notify your sender the mail will return to sender.
The one in Covina is
And
No!
You don't know until you get an email, a letter or a phone call. If you don't hear anything back then you unfortunately weren't picked.
