I moved in last week to AMLI Old Pasadena, and I could not be happier. Albert, Manfred and the leasing team were really great in helping me thru the leasing process and getting me settled in for my stay here. They certainly went above and beyond, and I would HIGHLY recommend this upscale community if life takes you to Los Angeles (Pasadena). First class all the way, and the amenities are incredible, too.

I've lived at Amli Old Pasadena for about 6 months now. It's a new construction so I expected it to be a very nice experience. My expectations were met. What was a pleasant surprise is the staff that work here. I've lived at a lot of places, but nothing compares to the attention and level of care that Yaneli and the rest of the staff provide

You can’t find a better living situation than you’ll find at AMLI. Everything that is done here is done with the tenants in mind. Even the smallest things are well thought out such as having a bell hop cart available for tenants to use. Of course, there are big things that are great too like a home theater, gym, and pool. Each apartment is virtually soundproof, with little to no noise entering your space. As someone in tech, I was excited by the way they use technology in the building as well. There’s an intercom that connects to your phone so you can video chat people at the door and choose to let them enter. There’s also a bar code that goes on your windshield so that the parking garage automatically opens when you get near. The application process and moving in is extremely simple. I was lucky enough to be helped by Manfred and he made the whole thing easy for me. I had been considering moving somewhere else so Manfred let me delay my move in date not once, but twice. He really went above and beyond what I expected. This place is right by Old Town yet a block away so you don’t hear all the hustle and bustle of Colorado. I highly recommend AMLI to anyone who wants to call Pasadena home.

My husband and I are so grateful for having Yaneli help us find the perfect apartment. She was very patient and answered all of our questions very thoroughly. She really went above and beyond to accommodate us. We are excited to move in to the AMLI Old Pasadena community!
