Very bad service, I'm waiting so far, 1 hr :10 min. & still no answer, I think, they should get more workers, or do what other companies do, they call you, if you say, I want a call back, but I don't know how much longer I'll be waiting, very bad service, disappointed in this company, & we suppose to rely in this company for our retirement needs.

FOR YOUR WEB SITE! i have been trying to access my Lacera for two days. I have been locked out for two days. I tried to reset my password but was not allowed to do so. I called and stayed on the phone for 20 minutes only to be told my call could not be answered. Nor was there a selection for technical issues. I am so glad that your website services do not reflect your retirement services

I have been retired (disability) safety member since 2004. My ex-wife was and is not a LACERA member. HOWEVER, LACERA treats her with the "Red Carpet" hello and I legally end up having to provide for her over 60% of my retirement! LACERA Never...I mean NEVER helped me gain some insight and to understand how divorce impacts a person. I scheduled three separate 1:1 meetings on Saturdays to learn and get info. TOTAL WASTE OF TIME. NOW I have a Court Order signed by a Judge ordering them to pay me Retroactive Retirement PARTIAL Payments for 8 months! They will NOT DO THAT! So I am broke, sold just about everything to survive. And Now I have to hire an Attorney? For MY MONEY! LACERA is not doing me any favors...OK? And they did NOT prepare me adequately by informing me of the possible outcomes on my retirement. My Ex-Wife's Attorney sure as hell Knew!
