I drove 40 mins to this location because their automatic system said they take their last patients 30 mins before closing time. We arrived at 7:05pm and was turned away because they refused to verify my insurance and wanted me to pay cash instead. A patient waiting there comment they do this often. I just don’t understand why they wouldn’t wanna see a child crying due to a dog bite.

Imma start off by saying when needing to visit a hospital, clinic, or urgent care location, I always have my doubts. Mainly because I know that it’s one of the busiest corporations that exist. People in the medical fields obviously deal with a lot of BS daily, but I was really happy to experience a great visit at this location. When I first entered the building I was immediately helped by the receptionist , Juana. She was extremely kind and professional and was able to answer all of my many questions. I was later assisted by Shaun who actually took care of me for my visit, and was such a sweetheart. He was very welcoming, extremely kind, and had extremely soft hands (which matters a lot!). Overall I was extremely pleased with my visit at this location. Would highly recommend!

This is my go-to urgent care. People are nice and efficient and they do their best to get patients through quickly. This most recent time I needed a nasal pcr test to return to work given a potential exposure. I had an appt for 9:20. Showed up at 9:05 to make sure that I could check in and be ready, had an important call at 10 I couldn’t miss, and I didn’t get out till 10am. When I arrived, there was one other person there. Several patients left. I know that in order to bill insurance you need the doc to sign off but please, prioritize those people that you can take care of in 5 min. The nurse finally brought me back and did the nasal swab and then I waited and waited. When the doc finally came in he was surprised that I’d just been sitting there. This is something he could have signed off on between patients. Better communication may have alerted him. This has not been my experience in the past so hoping this was more of an admin blip.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILD HERE. I also would not go here for anything other than a covid test after reading the other negative reviews closely. The male doctor/nurse practitioner gave my child a steroid shot and antibiotics for bronchiolitis which is a viral disease. Needless to say the bronchiolitis didn't go away. There was also no guidance on what we should do or how we should monitor the symptoms. Not to mention no explanation of why he was giving my child a steroid shot and what the antibiotics were for. So when we went back out of desperation because the pediatrician was closed, we were shocked when the same doctor/nurse practitioner said "look i know I'm good at my job but you need to go to your pediatrician." If he was good at his job we wouldn't have needed to go back a second time for the same thing. We ended up leaving in the middle of the visit after a series of rude interactions and comments because there was only so much we were willing to take with a crying toddler. I called my pediatrician and they said this place was known to be awful and referred me to a pediatric urgent care nearby.

I would probably come in on the 14th to be safer. Yes we have RT-PCR testing. We can’t not 100% guarantee the labs turn around time due to sporadic shortages of reagents. This is a third party lab.
So sorry, we are getting hundreds of calls an hour. We are trying our best. We have hired more people and working very hard to help everyone but the demand is high right now.
We do most types of physicals. It will depend on the specific form. We do TB tests
The test is usually covered by insurance for the PCR test. Without insurance it is not free. The county has some testing sites for individuals without insurance.
This is usually covered 100% by most insurance plans. We will honor what ever your insurance plan says your cost is.
They do accept health net and copay is $ 25 or $ 50 if I remember. Very fast no long waiting and very honest and helpful there. Highly recommended.
No appointments needed. Try to come in 45 prior to closing to avoid the last min rush and extra wait.
Blood tests, likely yes, if you have a non-emergency but urgent condition that cannot wait and your regular physician is not immediately available.
TMJ is a disorder that is treated by Orthodontists. This is an urgent care center, where only basic, non-life threatening concerns are addressed, or referred out to other clinics.
