As I had a lot of people with me this time, I decided to book at TownePlace Suites Buffalo Airport instead of next door at Fairfield Inn because I thought that everyone would be a lot more comfortable, if that makes sense. Thus, I booked three rooms for my family. All rooms were very well-cleaned and maintained, very quiet, everything worked well. The issues were very minor, but when I told the front desk staff, they got on things right away. I will say, though, that I do think that the breakfast offerings could use a little work, but that minor critique did not affect how nice our stay was as a whole. That all said, it was a wonderful stay, problems were very minor, and I'll gladly stay here going forward when I am in town. I thank the staff for their kindness and hospitality.

Awesome hotel, awesome room, awesome decent sized swimmable pool, awesome, friendly staff. Lots of Kosher foods at the breakfast. Full sized refrigerator and freezer with an electric oven. The oven should have been cleaner. They should not be advertising their rooms as having Queen size beds because they are not Queen size beds. The beds are too narrow for two adults without literally being in top of each other. The bed was comfortable. The room was clean. They are using smart TVs. Both TVs in the "Queen" room that I stayed in were smaller than 28 inches, but they are SMART TVs. The manager told me that these TVs will be upgraded soon to much larger and 4K, SMART TVs. Hopefully the new TVs will be larger than 50 inches. There was a stain on the couch from a previous guest. The hotel offers included DAILY FULL SERVICE HOUSEKEEPING upon request. Bring your own shampoo and body wash because they are using soap dispensers, which are often maliciously tampered with in hotel rooms. Dish soap is included inside the room!

I stayed for 2 weeks and found the staff to be so friendly, accommodating, and attentive to requests. Everyone was great! There is a grill for use by guests which is a great option and the front desk always has utensils available. I wish they paid more attention to cleaning the outdoor seating. The rooms had good storage space, a decent kitchen, and was well lit but the beds were a little to springy for me. This location is within 10 minutes to many shopping and dining options and a short drive to Niagra Falls and downtown Buffalo.

A hotel like this hotel that doesn't automatically fully clean the rooms daily is a YOUTH HOSTEL. FULL daily cleaning is automatically implied in every hotel reservation. This is not the luxury hotel that's expected. They are offering FULL DAILY housekeeping upon request. This is an awesome hotel with a decent pool. It's located across the street from the Buffalo Niagara Airport.
