Positive: Location was great and breakfast buffet was nice. Negative: Hotel didn¿t mention anything about pool being closed. I booked this day for me & my daughter. It was supposed to be a surprise mommy & me day . So when I arrived and asked about pool they told me it was closed due to updates. Call before booking!

Fast, efficient, accurate scheduling of reservation and transmission of required documentation electronically for completion of check-in process. Clean, modern, spacious facility with friendly front desk personnel with good attitude towards their duties. Manager, Erica, expresses great interest in satisfaction of hotel guests and their feedback, especially from Hilton Honors members. I had a great experience with this location of the Homewood Suites by Hilton and would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Philadelphia metropolitan area.

Seasons of Philly

The location is wonderful, and the rooms are nicely appointed. Liked the low step-in shower. But it lacked a certain level of cleanliness. It was clear there had been a party in my room before me, because balloon pieces and what looked like confetti were all over the floor. And the noise level from the rooms next to me and above me was extreme.

Located in a good neighborhood, Homewood suites is one of the best hotels we've stayed in past two years. The room is clean and spacious. It includes complete kitchen with stove, microwave, cabinets, utensils and refrigerator. Staffs are nice and welcoming. Complementary toiletries are good qualities. They offer parking for around 30-40 per night but I didn't use it. You can easily find parking on Chestnut road or either streets next to the hotel. Breakfast is also good. We had a good time staying there.
