I visit the Penrose Snipe's about 4xs a year. Thus store is the best one i been in with most merchandise. The women at cashier is always super nice and very polite to me. The store is super clean and people friendly. The only downfall is they don't have alot of 2x or 3x clothes and that's the sizes i need. Othet than that it's a good storr.

The employees at this location act as if you irritated them by walking through the door and asking about the stock of specific items. Employees are Lazy & show extreme confirmation that they do not want to help assist with searching or purchasing. If you don’t want to work... Please go home?

The employees here was very helpful and I was surprised by the new technology they introduced to inform you exactly what sneakers they had in stock in your size. Overall the customer service compares with the best that I have experienced.
