Needed new sneakers for my 15 yo son and this is a new chain in my area. Store was clean, nice amount of different brand shoes and clothing. The salesman was helpful and we were done within 15 minutes, with a new pair of Nikes that were half the price I paid last year at Foot locker.

My two children and I went in the store but we were greeted by looks of disgust. I wanted to be able to spend a few hundred dollars so we started looking at sneakers, fully unaware that they use a machine to determine what shoes are in stock. While others customers were being helped, they kept ignoring that we were even there. I am quite sure if the roles were reversed, it would be different. Now I have to go out of my way to get to another store and buy my kids sneakers. It ashame they only want money from a certain kind of person it seems.
