Took my niece for her first pair of Doc Martens. Great staff I was greeted by a gentleman believe his name is Scotty who made our experience memorable! I sure hope I got his name right 😆 he's a tank go visit!

The sales associates didn’t seem to interested in my business at this Dr. Martens store. They seemed more interested in talking amongst themselves. I asked a few questions, no one had answers. Why are people selling this product if they have limited knowledge? Many items weren’t in stock or sold out. The store is new and very nice.

Just got some really cute platform shoes and Steve helped me he is literally amazing and has such good energy. He helped me get the right size even tho I was unsure. Honestly deserves a raise :))

Just call and ask, I would assume they will, they're nice.
They do not repair them in store, and the company does not offer a repair service, sorry! There are shoe repair services that can resole them, however they more than likely will not be able to get the exact soles or replicate the welt or yellow stitching.
