The care provided was very good. However, as typical, the medical facility sent the bill to my insurance company who then paid a portion of the bill. I received a bill for the remainder. Waited one month to pay it as I was out of town, and then received a letter in the mail from a collections agency without prior notice. Now I have to be concerned about The damage they have done to my credit. I'll remember next time I have an orthopedic concern not to use them.

Docs are great-Dr. McCoy, Dr. Soria & Dr. Ramos. Ladies at front are so great & patient, kind. However, I would ask for all doctors to be clear when they offer braces or other equipment for the healing process to be clear that they are "not" giving us anything but our insurance IS being charged for braces

I have never had a bad experience there. I drive an hour just to go see these doctors and physical therapists. I love Dr. Baerman she has been the best! All the staff are very friendly and helpful. Abe in Urgent Care is wonderful as well.

Edit: After going through several rounds of calls with the billing department, they had the office manager call me. She was so kind & went out of her way to fix it. She also assured me that the office staff was more informed on this issue now. I hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else. I really appreciate them fixing this. I was prescribed an MRI which had to go through pre-authorization by my insurance. After that came back, Emerge told me my MRI was going to cost $885. That was it, no other info, no stipulations, nothing. I went to my appointment & they asked me to pay the full amount before my procedure which seemed odd & I wish someone had informed me of that beforehand but whatever. Now, I have received an outstanding bill of over $500 because they did a contrast injection for the MRI without informing me that it was an extra charge. This is unethical practice & I highly recommend going somewhere more transparent & honest.

Type in EmergeOrtho on internet and sign in through their patient portal. If you're not on that and didn't receive a call or email from them to confirm you probably have to call them Monday when they're open
