We use to order subs and pizza from here all the time. i haven't ordered here since last summer-when did new owners take over? It's dark, dingy and dirty with no one around to greet you like before. The prepared food in the heaters looked days old. Placed my order-and when he told me the total it didn't add up.... "oh oh" My sub was absolutely gross and not how i ordered it. but what i did get will make sure i never go back there. wilted brown lettuce, no cheese, no mayo, very little turkey,. it tasted old. They should probably stop using the old Rixs County Store name, because it's definitely NOT the same.

Maaaaaaan, I tell you what. We ordered some chicken curry and biryani, and we were not disappointed. Excellent food, lots of flavor and the level of spice was terrific. Would go here again in a heart beat. LFG.

I have been to almost every Indian restaurant in the area, Alibaba Kebab, India Star, Buffalo Tikka House, etc. Sincerely, none of those have come anywhere close to the amazing quality of Taj. My girlfriend and I ordered a Chai Tea, Strawberry Lassi, Chicken Tandoori, Chicken Tikka Masala, and Garlic Naan. In every single bite of food you can taste the absolute love the chef puts in his food. It was an amazing dinner, packed full of flavor and personality. The chicken was falling off the bone of the tandoori and seasoned and cooked to perfection. The Naan was so soft and was baked wonderfully. Our Lassi was sincerely the best I've ever had, the right amount of sour and sweet. But the chai tea sincerely deserves its own section in this review, NEVER have my girlfriend and I drank tea this amazing, this perfect. Never again can we go to Tim Hortons or anywhere else and order tea because it will never ever be as good as this. The 2 men working were also super friendly and always had a smile of their face. We will be coming here a LOT more often, thank you guys so much!
