Update, used 5 dollar machine, stopped taking quarters at 3.75. So I used my card for the rest. It took another 5.. im owed 3 75. Thanks, please contact 716-381-775. I never got a call but today I'm writing about the fact that there's no TV action, no controler forthe last months. This laundry mat make a killing. This should.not ne an issue.

It has been two weeks and their mailbox is still full. You are directed to contact their mailbox if you need a refund from a defective machine but then there is no way to get through. This is not a professional business practice.

Most of the time the soap for the self service car wash is empty. Tire cleaner is always out. Not worth doing self service here.

I like that there is a self service pet wash attached as well as the car wash in the same lot. The place is clean enough. There's never too many ppl. Most of the time I'm the only one in the place. They have 2 arcade style games for kids as well as a seating area with public bathroom. Not much as far as single serve laundry detergent and dryer sheets and all that which would be nice to have some options for when u forget your stuff at home. But I still like the place. Oh and the fabric covered chairs need to be cleaned like NOW or just replaced bc a few of them are terribly stained. Time for an upgrade guys!
